  • The original packaging must be intact and included with the return.

Restocking Fee:

  • A restocking fee of 25% will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost of shipping and repacking the returned items.
  • This fee helps us maintain our commitment to providing free shipping for all orders.

Damaged Products:

  • If you receive damaged or defective products, please contact our customer support team immediately.
  • Additional fees may be incurred for damaged items, depending on the extent of the damage.
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer support team to initiate the return process. Please have your order number and details of the items you wish to return ready.
  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the items.
  3. Carefully repack the items in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Clearly label the package with the provided RA number.

Return Shipping:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or you received damaged or defective items.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned items.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exclusions:

  • Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective.
